Conditions of Participation, Guidelines and Technical Information Sheets
When registering, please take note of our General Terms and Conditions of Participation of the Leipzig Trade Fair and in particular those CAGGTUS Leipzig, as well as referring to other guidelines and technical leaflets for our trade fair. You will find all the necessary documents for your participation in the trade fair in our download area . These documents are part of your booking and are agreed by you upon registration.
Cozy Game Lounge
Present your cozy game at CAGGTUS 2026! [Limited]
The new area focuses on cozy games, which visitors can try out at several gaming stations. The whole experience is complemented by a lounge area that emphasizes the relaxed atmosphere.
The area serves as a quiet retreat where visitors can:
- play a relaxed game
- play calmly, not competitively
- discover new games
- or simply take a break
To further enhance the calm, lovingly designed atmosphere, the area will be connected to the cosplay area and will take on its special atmosphere.

What does your exhibition stand look like and what costs can you expect?
At your Cozy Game Lounge stand you'll be able to present your game or a demo. You are also welcome to bring decorations for the table or a roll-up banner that matches the game. The stand area is 4 m².
A table, seating, and, most likely, a monitor and PC (if available) will be provided on site. You must bring your own mouse, keyboard or controller, and headset.
The package includes: 4 m² of stand space, event and marketing fees, and 2 free exhibitor passes.

Creative Space at CAGGTUS 2026: The artists have been chosen!
You want to present the community your creations? Then apply for a Creative Space now! [Application closed]
As a Cosplayer or Artist you can present yourself as well as your art to the festival audience. But since CAGGTUS is a gaming festival the focus of your presentation should lie on gaming (cosplays).

Important: Have you been accepted? Accepted artists must register for a booth by November 30.
What is included in the Creative Space?
We offer a complete stand package for this area. This way you as Cosplayer or Artist can show and sell your creations. We look forward to your inquiry.
The following stand construction services are included in the package:
- 4m² stand space
- 2m x 2.5m black back wall
- 1x long-arm spotlight
- 1x table (170x70)
- 2x upholstered chairs
- Shared use of a cabin as storage space together with other artists
