FYNG City, brought to you by GameStar and co., is back at CAGGTUS, bringing ‘Find Your Next Game’ straight to the stage: look forward to talks, analyses, quizzes, competitions and plenty of special guests. Plus a Ferris wheel for that extra festival atmosphere.

Expanded space and its own stage programme

Webedia, with its brands GameStar, GamePro, MeinMMO, Moviestar and various talents such as Tech Like Vera and Maurice Weber, occupies a significantly larger area at CAGGTUS. Under the slogan ‘Find Your Next Game’ – FYNG for short – the big FYNG premiere show took place on the Event Stage last year. This will take place again this year, and to match the theme, an entire FYNG City will be set up at the gaming festival. Themed and visually inspired by a major gaming highlight that is finally celebrating its release this year.

FYNG City also brings you its own comprehensive stage programme, the latest hardware from various exhibitors such as Samsung, who are directly connected to the City, and numerous fantastic indie gems. The much-loved Indie Ground, which we are organising again this year with Games Ground and significantly expanding, will be directly linked to FYNG City.

Highlights on the Event Stage

The big highlight this year is once again the FYNG Show on Friday at 5 pm on the Event Stage, featuring over 20 trailers, gameplay and world premieres. And on Saturday and Sunday, the action continues here with the pen-and-paper game: “Grand Theft CAGGTUS”.

Immortal x DOOM: The Dark Ages crossover at CAGGTUS

30 years of demon hunting – if that’s not a reason to party! For the first time, Blizzard and Bethesda are exhibiting at CAGGTUS Leipzig and will be sharing a joint stand in FYNG City. There’s another reason to celebrate here, as the new limited-time in-game event for Diablo Immortal is launching to coincide with CAGGTUS. In the revamped ‘Curse of the Survivor’ game mode, you can use iconic weapons from the Doom Slayer, such as the Shield Saw or the Mace of Terror.

Monsters such as the Cyberdemon are invading the gothic horror world of Diablo Immortal, and with them come new familiars such as the Serrat mount. You can play the event live at CAGGTUS and try your hand at the Shield Saw Throwing Challenge at the same time.
