The Entertainment Area is open from the age of 12 - What do I need to be aware of?

The Entertainment Area with the integrated Stream Area is only open to visitors aged 12 and over for reasons of youth protection. This regulation also applies to babies and small children.

Age checks will be carried out before admission. Please bring a proof of age, such as an identity card or school ID. Unfortunately, we cannot allow exceptions such as the so-called "Muttizettel".

We would also like to point out that children and young people up to the age of 14 may only enter the exhibition centre if accompanied by a parent or guardian or a suitable supervisor (please read our house rules (PDF, 243 kB) ).

I have bought a multi-day ticket with a goodie bag. Where can I collect my goodie bag?

You can pick up your limited CAGGTUS goodie bag as the holder of a multi-day ticket with goodie bag at the VIP counter at the entrance to Hall 1.
